1. Open my.cozi.com/settings
2. Click Share Calendars at the bottom of the page
3. Make sure Calendar of all events is checked (Shared)
4. Click View or Send Cozi URL
5. Click Copy Cozi URL — it starts with https://rest.cozi.com/…
6. Send the URL to your household admin

🔵 Google Calendar

For ongoing sync: Connect Google Calendar under Account → Integrations on jaimie.tech. New events added in Jaimie will appear in Google Calendar automatically.

To import past events:

1. Go to calendar.google.com → Settings (⚙️) → Import & export
2. Click Export — this downloads a .zip with .ics files
3. Send the zip (or individual .ics files) to your household admin

🍎 Apple Calendar (iCloud)

Option A — Public link (easiest):

1. Go to icloud.com/calendar
2. Click the share icon (📡) next to your calendar
3. Turn on Public Calendar
4. Copy the link (starts with webcal://) and send to your admin

Option B — Export file (Mac):

1. Open Calendar app → right-click a calendar → Export…
2. Save the .ics file and send to your admin

📘 Outlook / Exchange

Option A — Subscribe link:

1. Go to outlook.com → Calendar → Settings → Shared calendars
2. Under Publish a calendar, choose your calendar and set permissions to Can view all details
3. Copy the ICS link and send to your admin

Option B — Export file:

1. In Outlook desktop: File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Export to a file → iCalendar
2. Send the .ics file to your admin

Who can use Jaimie?

Jaimie is invite-only. You need to be added by a household admin before you can sign in or use WhatsApp.

Can I use Jaimie without the app?

Yes — WhatsApp is the primary interface. The web app at jaimie.tech gives you a calendar and admin panel, but everything can be done via WhatsApp.

What if Jaimie misunderstands me?

Say “/telljaimie [what went wrong]” to flag it. Screenshots welcome. The team reviews all feedback.

Does Jaimie sync with Google Calendar?

Yes — events created via Jaimie are mirrored to your Google Calendar. Connect it in Account → Integrations on jaimie.tech. To import past events, see the “Importing your existing calendar” section above.

Can I import events from Cozi, Apple or Outlook?

Yes. See the “Importing your existing calendar” section above for step-by-step instructions per app. Once you have your calendar export URL or file, send it to your household admin to import.

Is my data private?

Yes. Jaimie is a private household tool — your data is only visible to members of your household. It is not shared or sold.
